Ontario Building Code specifies minimum R-values for each part of the building envelope. We meet or exceed these requirements on every project. Higher R-values mean better thermal performance and lower energy bills.
Vapour Barriers
Moisture management is just as important as thermal performance. Proper vapour barriers prevent warm, moist indoor air from condensing inside the wall cavity, which can lead to mould and structural damage over time.
