Before you can build, you often need to remove what's already there. BFL Construction provides controlled demolition and site preparation services for residential and light commercial projects across Simcoe County.

Interior demolition includes stripping a space back to the studs — removing drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes in preparation for a renovation. We do this carefully and methodically, protecting the structural elements and mechanical systems that are staying.

For exterior work, we handle full and partial structure demolition, concrete removal, tree clearing, grading, and excavation. Every demolition project includes proper waste management — we sort materials for recycling where possible and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials like asbestos-containing products.

Site prep for new construction includes rough grading, excavation for foundations, trenching for services (water, sewer, hydro), and access road preparation. We have the equipment and the experience to get your site ready for the next phase on schedule.
