Framing is where a building takes shape — and where mistakes are the most expensive to fix later. BFL Construction provides precision framing services for new builds, additions, and structural modifications.

Our framing crews work with dimensional lumber, engineered wood products (LVLs, TJIs, glulam beams), and steel where required. We read and execute from engineered drawings, and we coordinate directly with your structural engineer when load-bearing walls are being moved or new openings are being created.

For renovation projects, structural work is often the most critical and least visible scope. Removing a wall to open up a kitchen? That requires a proper beam, posts, and footings — not guesswork. We've handled hundreds of load-bearing modifications and we do it by the book, every time.

We also provide structural repair services for homes and buildings with sagging floors, damaged joists, rotted sill plates, or compromised roof structures. If something doesn't look right, we'll assess it and give you an honest answer.
