The mechanical systems behind your walls are what make a building functional — and they need to be coordinated properly. BFL Construction manages the full mechanical rough-in process for new builds and major renovations, working with licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians.

Rough-in coordination is one of the most timing-sensitive phases of any construction project. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC all need to happen in a specific sequence, and they all need to be inspected before anything gets closed up. Poor coordination at this stage leads to delays, failed inspections, and expensive rework.

We handle the scheduling, the inspections, and the problem-solving. Our project managers are on-site during rough-in phases to ensure everything is installed per plan, per code, and per the engineer's specifications.

For renovation projects, we also provide exploratory assessments — opening up walls to evaluate the condition of existing wiring, plumbing, and ductwork before committing to a full renovation scope. This helps you avoid surprises and budget accurately.
